Lanyards are those things in life that you really don’t consider as being important until you lose something and maybe overlook their importance in everyday life. Here are a couple of good examples of the usefulness of Lanyards.
Lanyard, are a means to keep important items close to your body so that you don’t lose them as easily as you could. Now, no one wants to admit that they are forgetful or that they would have a need for them, but as we can easily see Lanyards are very useful tools for the forgetful.
Have you ever lost your keys? Have you ever lost your glasses? Have you ever lost your child…? Well, maybe they aren’t useful for the latter but certainly for the former Lanyards can help you keep your important items close at hand.
Many times growing up I would be the one to help mom and dad try and locate their glasses because they often would forget them or one of my other brothers and sisters decided to play games. Any way it happened, it would sometimes be an hour or more that we would have to search the couch, the chair, the dining room and all over again until they were found. Now, wouldn’t it have been so much easier to have Lanyards to keep them right around the neck.
Another great use for Lanyards is found on the sports fields that our kids play on. Lanyards are the keepers of the whistles and they are a vital part of each part of the game.
Could you imagine what sports would be like if we didn’t have Lanyards to keep them close to the referee? How would calls be made quickly? What would happen if we couldn’t call the end of the game with one in time? What a mess!!
Imagine then if you forgot your lanyard and you had to keep you whistle in your pocket? I wouldn’t want to be the ref that missed a bad call because I couldn’t find my whistle quick enough. You are running down the field and someone fouls another person and you go for your whistle only to remember. I forgot my Lanyard!
Lanyards, they are the forgettable item in life, but remarkably important when you consider their use. These are only two examples of the usefulness of Lanyards and as we see, I wouldn’t want to leave home without one.
